Cameron Tribbett

President

Raised in the Carolinas, Cameron spent nearly a decade in Texas working in real estate and online retail operations before moving to Raleigh in 2018 to launch Summit, where he leads much of the company’s operations, strategy, and growth.

He brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to helping families navigate senior living decisions, combining strong attention to detail with extensive knowledge of the local senior living landscape.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys music, sports, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family.

Mark Tribbett

Mark Tribbett

Lead Senior Advisor — North Carolina

Mark brings decades of healthcare leadership and consulting experience to Summit, having worked with hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, and other healthcare organizations throughout his career.

His healthcare background gives him a valuable perspective on the medical, personal, and family considerations that can accompany senior living decisions. Mark takes the time to understand each family’s circumstances and help them feel comfortable throughout the process.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys traveling, sports, music, and above all, spending time with his family.

Adam Conte

Adam Conte

Lead Senior Advisor — Florida

Adam brings a strong background in hospitality management and client service to Summit, with years of experience working directly with guests and managing hotel operations.

Raised on Florida’s coast and a Central Florida resident for more than 15 years, Adam combines strong local knowledge with a service-focused approach centered on communication, attentiveness, and making people feel comfortable.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys visiting Florida’s theme parks with family and exploring the state’s parks and beaches with his dog, Daphne.
